Gentle group yoga class Suitable for beginners and all levels
This is a weekly, in-person yoga class in Dublin designed to help you slow down, create more space through movement, and come back to yourself. We blend mindful movement, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
A yoga mat
Water
A blanket/shawl and some cosy socks for savasana (optional but lovely)

Throughout the year, I offer a range of supportive practices both designed to help you return to yourself — gently and without pressure. From one-off workshops and seasonal gatherings, these offerings are an invitation to rest, move, breathe, and listen inward.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice that promotes deep rest and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. You remain fully clothed and can simply lie down and receive.
Reiki may support:
Stress, overwhelm or anxiety
Fatigue or burnout
Sleep difficulties
Emotional balance and clarity
Feeling more grounded and centred
This is an invitation to fully rest — to switch off, let go, and allow your system to soften.
